Programme Director, Oxford Smith School
Alex is a Programme Director at the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment, and concurrently CEO of Oxford Earth Observation, an early stage company focused on evaluating water risk. A former fund manager, Alex has nearly 30 years of experience across industry, academia and enterprise. He holds masters and doctoral degrees in water from the University of Oxford.
