Head of Sustainability Data and Research – Global, Franklin Templeton
Dr Jennifer Willetts leads Franklin Templeton’s Sustainability Data and Research workstreams, focusing on the sourcing, integration, and analysis of sustainability related data as part of the firm’s Global Sustainability Strategy Team. Dr Willetts works collaboratively with the firm’s autonomous specialist investment managers to provide guidance and insight on the use of sustainability related data; in addition to researching and developing frameworks to support the identification of risks, impacts, and opportunities.
Dr Willetts has over 8 years of experience in the asset management industry, having started her career as an equity trader and quantitative analyst on the European Trading Desk at Franklin Templeton. She obtained her PhD in Mathematical Physics in 2015 and holds a first-class Master of Mathematics, BSc from the University of Leeds.
