Vanessa founded Linklaters’ global ESG practice and is a consultant to the firm. She advises clients across the spectrum of emerging ESG requirements, including disclosure obligations, governance and risk management and the integration of transition strategies into wider corporate governance, culture and management systems.
Vanessa is a member of the UK Government’s Transition Plan working group, and she is Interim Chair of UK Export Finance’s Export Guarantees Advisory Council and sits on the board.
