Executive Director, Loom
Joss Garman is the Executive Director of Loom, a pop-up global strategy centre focused on the nexus of economic, environmental, and security issues. He is also an independent adviser to a number of global philanthropies.
He has 20 years experience working at the intersection of campaigns, media, politics, and policy, including through leadership roles in NGOs, think tanks, politics, and philanthropy. These have included Executive Director of the European Climate Foundation, and Associate Director of the Institute for Public Policy Research.
The Sunday Times, Politico, and The Guardian have named Joss among the UK’s most influential voices on climate change. Joss is an alumni of both the United States International Visitor Leadership Programme (IVLP) and Europe’s Young Leaders Programme (EYL) and a Fellow of Salzburg Global.
