Chief Sustainability Analysis Officer, Matter
Lise leads sustainability analysis at Matter, a Danish fintech specialized in sustainable investments.
Her work focuses on integrating multi-stakeholder and science-based data and frameworks into tech solutions for portfolio analysis, with a focus on bringing these insights into investment decision-making.
With a background in sustainable finance, corporate sustainability, and financial journalism across Asia, Africa, and the UK, including WWF’s work on climate water and biodiversity, she has supported banks, asset managers and regulators in integrating analysis for sustainable finance.
She is responsible for designing Matter’s methods and co-developing data solutions used by asset managers and owners across Asia, Europe and North America. She serves as a Non-Executive Director for South Africa’s leading shareholder activism organisation Just Share. She holds a Masters in Environmental Economics from the London School of Economics.
